I visited Normandy last week so it started writing itself, and hinting at the concentration camps wasn't too hard either as I visited Auschwitz some 16 years ago which left a lasting impression for many years to come.
Like I say above in reply to skieswideopen - this may be rewritten to incorporate more, though the outcome will be the same, Teyla will still die. (Sorry Kate!)
