Hello there, and welcome!

First off, I'm a fairly easy person to write or create art for. I don't have too many squicks, beyond the usuals you might say (or not say). And I'm easily pleased. I like my characters well rounded, and interesting, with a certain depth to them. I don't want them to be damsels in distress (unless that's how they are as characters - which is always possible of course). Strong, and independent.

So here goes...

I made my first official stargate rec at stargateficrec -- I was kind of tired of seeing the same characters over and over, and over again. And the same pairings, like there are no others. So, I scraped all my courage together and signed up for the month of may. Had I known, the month of may would run away from me, I might have thought twice, but that's too late now.

I created a music-vid for a challenge but due to some unforeseen circumstances didn't make the deadline, which then gave me the opportunity to tweak it some more (for the better really). But anyway, true to my Stargate Atlantis nature I chose my favorite character, Kate Heightmeyer, to star in my tribute vid of sorts.

Calling all my Stargate-loving flisters to arms!!

If by any chance you want to have fun doing artwork, writing, playing all sorts of games within the world of the Stargate universe then get your butt in gear and join stargateland.

The current battle is coming to a close but soon there will be a new round of battling and the community is looking for fresh meat members.
