100 icons - theme: the Horses of Legend of the Seeker

I proudly present to you 100 icons of the Horses of Legend of the Seeker, made for the Alternate Big Bang of legendland .

It's not about the best or the most beautiful, the coolest or the most artistic one. It's about fun and finishing a project of this magnitude (which for me is the first time in my LJ-life).

I would like to thank The Confessor and The Seeker Society for providing almost all of my horse screencaps (some 700, give or take a few, in total), cameron_sarah for sharing her horse-caps, mistress_cara & legendland for allowing me the opportunity to be part of something totally awesome and last but not least the horses from Legend of the Seeker for being so beautiful, funny and awesome.

First a few ground rules:
* no hotlinking
* no snatching or snerching without asking first (I rarely say no)
* no changing or altering any of the icons to something new and shiny, and then claim as your own - just ask me nicely (again I rarely say no)

I wasn't entirely sure I could match all of the first half but I knew that it had to be up to interpretation of the image. The grinning horse - that was the first icon I made. It's Zed's. :p

Some were easier than others. The grinning horse was the first, and the more screencaps I had to work with, the easier it went.

And some - like tear - are more about the interpretation of the scene than seeing an actual tear. Though if horses could cry, I'm sure that one would be shedding some tears.

The undercover horse took me a while... it was either the donkey or the horse from 5 variations because it's standing amidst fighting people and the look on its face is just screaming for a cracky caption. But the donkey won.

The horses are the forgotten characters... :)

Cara brushing her horse was one cap that no matter what I wanted to iconize... no matter how I had to tweak it, it had to be in. Next to Kahlan with her white horse, that screencap was also a favorite.

I didn't have faith that you'd be able to pull off 50 themed icons just using horses, but I am damned impressed!

The crack one amuses me and your sequence is full of win, but my favorites overall are: light, AC 58, AC 62, Ac 74, and AC 97.
