No birthday-bash this weekend...

At last I found something to do for my birthday bash, and now I have to cancel it because apparently it's going to snow, and seeing as how 5 cm (2,5 inch) gets the whole of Flanders in a raving panic about being snowed in, you can see that my friends don't want to make the trip afraid they'll get stuck somewhere. Can't blame them... but I am still a little disappointed. I wanted to go for a walk near our place and have some winter-y fun.

So, it'll just be another boring weekend...

Maybe you can just postpone it a little?

Oh, and everyone here is in blizzard panic as well (because, you know, it's totally unusual that it snows in Germany in JanuaryOMGWEREALLGONNADIE!). It's... um... interesting, to say the least.

Postpone I have to... already asked them when they have free weekends, cause some have busy lives.

I hope you can find a weekend reasonably close so that you still have snow for winter fun.

You know... if all the forecasts don't come true and we don't get a "blizzard"... I'm gonna have to sue someone. I want my blizzard!

Same here when it comes to this heavy snowfall this weekend... I'll yank the weathergods down from their thrones and kick their holy behinds, if they dare not do what is announced. :p
