I am going to kill my Office 2007-package. Is it possible to kill software? I'm going to turn it into hardware. *kicks Word*
It opens and then nothing, zilch, nada, squad... I can't do anything. I can't type, can't change, can't select, can't copy and paste...nothing. And I have no idea how to reverse it...
I have one last option which I'm completing now... *keeping fingers crossed* ...Hopefully restoring the programs worked, otherwise I'm royally screwed.
BRB to let you know which way it went...

Back and still locked out of the system...I'm gonna have a nice chat with the helpdesk tomorrow, cause I can't live without my word... I have a bloody fanfic to write... grrrr!!!

Found the solution to my problem...though it might not be as simple as that. See, I have this new computer with new software, Vista & Office 2007 for Home Use & Students and that's where the problem starts. Not with Vista but with my Office Edition... I'm not only going to have a serious chat with the helpdesk. I'm also going to have to revisit (for the umpteenth time) that nice little computer-shop and harass them. The Office software I have can be installed onto three different computers, and mine keeps asking for activation, but I can't since it says every time it can't activate anymore since those three times have been used up... But that's supposed to be impossible.
That man is going to get an earful and I'm at my boiling-point at the moment so, I'm PISSED!!
I have a bloody fanfic to write (rewrite)... Did I mention I have a bloody fanfic going?
ARGH!!!!!!

After a good night's sleep, I solved the issue. I tried the phone activation and had a wonderful one-sided chat with a female computer-voice (which sounded incredibly Dutch, as in from the Netherlands, instead of Flemish). IT WORKED!!
I'm back in business... YAY!!
