Fell In love With A Girl

Is there anyone out there who can lead me to a website where I can find free sound fx which I can use in Flash? It's for my new website. I want to do this intro where a seal is turned so that the two stone walls open, so I need a sound of stone scraping over other stone. If anyone can point me in the right direction, that would be awesome.

Also, my aunt (and me too) would like to know if anyone knows of a nifty little freeware program out there that allows for converting mp4 to mp3.

First of all...

I have been tweaking my personal website a little. As of now it looks better, except my portfolio-page needs a bit of changing. Didn't have time earlier and I wasn't quite sure how to do it better yet. In the meantime I have it figured out a bit so in the next few days that'll change too.
